Brunch at Gabs is my new favorite in the city! The brûlée French toast, sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and the pork rib hash were AMAZZZING!! Something so special was the beef tongue sandwich! It is prepared like pastrami and it is to die for. Every element at this place is so special. Every ingredient has the most unique story, as the sourcing is highly considered. Kudos to this team!
A truly profound experience. The food is sourced from the finest available ingredients. Each plate was better than the last. Search all you want and then come home to this jewel in NYC. Yes. It's that good.
Quality and inventive food, relaxed atmosphere with funky tunes, definitely a place that I will be returning to knowing that an amazing meal awaits. Their oysters tasted like they came straight out of the ocean. Also particularly appreciate that they don't have a huge and overwhelming menu!
